    Innanzitutto, Paralizer carissimo, adesso che sei attualmente il direttore del Forumfree Magazine, rileggendo la tua vecchia presentazione (ammesso che tu ne abbia scritta una, ma penso proprio di sì, infatti adesso andiamo a ripescarla ed... Eccola qui!), cosa cambieresti?

    Soprattutto l'età, perché quando mi iscrissi inserii una data di nascita fittizia.

    Al di là della tua artefatta età e della presentazione in sé pressoché striminzita, ho letto che all'epoca (nel lontano 2011) ti piaceva "skinnare e graficare".

    Che poi da "skinnare e graficare" son passato a "scriptare e basta".

    Quando è nata e da cosa nasce la tua passione per i forum?

    In realtà, all'inizio, stare sui forum era un modo per fuggire dalla realtà e dai "problemi". Quando iniziò il liceo, cominciò la mia passione per lo scripting. Come me, credo che anche anche gli altri della vecchia generazione, abbiano iniziato a frequentare i forum nel periodo delle medie/inizio delle superiori. Adesso è diverso, si può dire che tutti i bambini delle elementari abbiano un telefonino.

    A parte fare il direttore sul trono del Forumfree Magazine hai altre passioni?

    Quindi è una passione che è nata grazie al Forumfree Magazine?

    In realtà, è nata grazie a Forumfree, però sono migliorato con il Forumfree Magazine. Qui ho conosciuto persone che sapevano già programmare in Javacript ed avendo uno spazio dove provare, piano piano sono migliorato (prima non sapevo fare una cippa, se non qualcosa di HTML e CSS).

    Mi sembra giusto. Tutti nascono "cippe", poi diventano mirabolanti eroi dello script, con tanto sano esercizio! Levami una curiosità: qual è stato il primo forum sul quale ti sei iscritto?

    Un forum di Pokémon. Sono cresciuto nel vivo della generazione dei Pokémon, ma è ovvio.

    Domanda inutile ma doverosa in un'intervista gossip del Forumfree Magazine. Cosa ne pensi dello Chef Cannavacciuolo (Severo santacruz, aka Sinbad)? Non è vero, scherzo, che ne pensi dell'attuale stato del forum?

    Mah, il forum ha subito una grossa perdita tra staffer e, di conseguenza, utenti. Ormai siamo rimasti in pochi... Anche l'utenza ha subito un drastico calo rispetto al passato. In questi mesi poi abbiamo fatto anche una pulizia nei gruppi Abbonati e Abbonati+ togliendo tutti coloro che ormai non si collegavano più al forum.

    Secondo te come si può migliorare questa situazione?

    Con nuovi articoli e notizie, anche se è adesso è difficile dal momento che la maggior parte di noi è impegnata tra studio e lavoro. Dal canto mio sto cercando di invogliare lo Staff a scrivere recensioni e a fare interviste perché attualmente il forum va avanti solamente grazie al reparto scripts. Purtroppo il Magazine ha subito un cambio di rotta rispetto al passato e attualmente viene visto dagli utenti solamente come un luogo dove poter prelevare scripts da aggiungere al proprio forum. In origine il forum era nato con uno scopo differente: informare gli utenti su ciò che accadeva all'interno del circuito. Il mio obiettivo pertanto è di riportare il forum sui vecchi binari e spero di poter contare sull'appoggio dei altri membri del team. Probabilmente adesso è anche abbastanza difficile poiché gli utenti leggono le news direttamente dal blog ufficiale. Un tempo invece solamente forum come il Magazine offrivano questo servizio.

    Ho notato un calo di attività nella sezione Abbonati+, come lo spieghi?

    Come dicevo prima, è l'attività in generale ad essere calata sul forum. Inoltre, quella sezione è sempre stata una sezione "gestita" dagli Abbonati+ e indirettamente dallo Staff. Quest'ultimo, infatti, interveniva solamente nel caso ci fossero discussioni un po' più "spinte" che necessitavano essere moderate.

    Hai detto che ci sono stati diversi problemi sul forum, perché hai deciso di prendere tu le redini della situazione?

    Più che altro è che mi son ritrovato ad essere l'unico staffer attivo sul forum. Ricordo anche che in quel periodo mi toccò gestire da solo i FFOscars, un lavoraccio per una singola persona. Attualmente sto cercando di tenere in piedi il forum con la forza e con i denti, ma se la situazione non dovesse evolversi in meglio in futuro, sarò costretto a prendere quella decisione.

    Come impostare una Critica Costruttiva? - Dibattito

    Premetto che io sono incline alla critica e ne apprezzo fortemente l'utilità: essa permette di maturare, di fortificarsi e di crescere dal punto di vista sia personale sia professionale.
    D'altro canto, sempre più spesso leggo commenti presuntuosi e spesso sprezzanti, mettendo in primis la propria conoscenza come punto di riferimento, peccando di saccenteria (io le ho fatte in età infantile e non ne vado assolutamente fiera). Senza però pensare a quanto possa essere penoso per l'utente che legge tali altisonanti paroloni verso una propria opera, per la quale, magari, ci ha impiegato un pochino di tempo. A tutti è capitato di leggere un commento più crudo, rispetto ad altri che fanno comodo perché sottolineano il proprio talento di fondo, e di sentirsi un po' mortificati, no? Tuttavia, per fare il critico ci vuole "arte". Una certa dimestichezza nel parlare e mettere a proprio agio l'utente che legge. Insomma, non ci si può improvvisare, per quanto sia facile mettere insieme due paroline in base alle scarse conoscenze che si hanno e postare il proprio giudizio (nel 99% dei casi, errato).

    Ma come impostare una critica Costruttiva (e ribadisco Costruttiva con la C maiuscola) in modo tale da non calpestare coloro che hanno messo un certo impegno nel creare qualcosa?
    Nel manuale del buon critico cosa non dovrebbe mai mancare secondo lor signori, di grazia?

    Perchè abbandonare un gruppo Staff?



    Lo staff è il nucleo reggente di ogni Forum, e un ottimo Staff è il nucleo reggente di ogni ottimo Forum. Metterne insieme uno è forse una delle cose più difficili per un aspirante Founder, seguita subito dopo dal *mantenerlo*.

    Vi sarà capitato, molto probabilmente, di essere parte di uno staff, e avrete notato quanto può essere difficile collaborare, soprattutto se non si conoscono i propri colleghi. Spesso possono saltare fuori punti di vista totalmente differenti, litigi etc...
    Esempi di questo genere li vediamo quotidianamente, Forum gestiti da ragazzini che nascono e nell'arco di un battito di ciglia chiudono per divergenze interne. E proprio una divergenza interna è stata all'origine della tanto discussa frattura Magazine-Report, che fortunatamente oggi si è risolta.

    E' facile dire "bisogna essere maturi e distaccati", molto più spesso, in pratica, a causa di tali litigi, discussioni, dimissioni vendicative, si finisce per mandare tutto all'aria (:asd:), sprecando lavoro di mesi, e mandando un forum, magari con ottime potenzialità, in malora.

    E' pur vero che non sempre le motivazioni di una dimissione sono futili, quindi mi chiedo: secondo voi quali sono i motivi validi per cui abbandonare il proprio ruolo da staffer? In passato vi è capitato di farlo? Per quali motivi?Si escluda la mancanza di tempo

    Inoltre, con un pò di moderazione, anche litigi molto accesi possono essere placati, e si può andare avanti a collaborare abbastanza serenamente, semplicemente mettendo da parte i vecchi rancori.
    Secondo voi è possibile? Oppure una volta avvenuta la frattura è meglio lasciare, perchè tanto sarebbe comunque un rapporto *viziato*?

    Da Skinner a Designer: il salto di qualità



    Sui circuiti, si sa, di skinner ce ne sono molti, spesso verrebbe da dire fin troppi, di tutte le categorie e di ogni stile. Alcuni si distinguono per il loro talento, e, sulla scia del successo raggiunto su Forumfree, accade talvolta che tentino il "salto di qualità", ovvero uscire dal circuito, approcciarsi con siti più grandi, magari internazionali, per confrontarsi con persone diverse, e, perchè no, con dei professionisti. Lo stesso discorso può essere fatto per coloro che realizzano Logotypes, e varie forme di lavoro.

    Ma cosa serve per tentare questo salto di qualità?

    Generalmente ogni lavoro, o quantomeno quelli qualificati, richiede una sorta di titolo di studio, un attestato etc... Ma è anche vero che, in questo ambiente, ci sono tantissimi che si sono fatti da sè, dei veri e propri autodidatti, che spesso lavorano come freelance.
    Senza dubbio il talento naturale è un fattore imprescindibile, ma, se si volesse tentare un colloquio di lavoro, basterebbe? Quali sono le "conoscenze" secondo voi indispensabili per passare dal livello amatoriale a quello professionistico?
    Personalmente, fra i tanti skinner e in generale grafici che hanno frequentato FF, ne ho visti davvero pochissimi, direi che si possano contare sulle dita di una mano, quelli che poi hanno avuto successo anche fuori. Quindi vi chiedo, voi come skinner e grafici aspirate un giorno ad avere una carriera nel settore del Web Design/Grafica Pubblicitario o lo fate solo per passione e avete intenzione di rimanere ad un livello amatoriale? Quali sono i siti che secondo voi permettono di aprire maggiormente le proprio "prospettive", a parte i già famosissimi dribble e deviantart?

    Salve a tutti °A° Queste sono un paio di skin cui ho lavorato / sto lavorando asd
    La prima l'ho fatta più di qualche tempo fa, ed era un esperimento, o meglio, un tentativo di skin minimal: https://digilander.libero.it/jess_espy/golpedeestado.png


    La seconda l'ho iniziata oggi e ci ho dedicato un paio di orette. Ci sono molte cose da rivedere:
    - Le sezioni verranno racchiuse da un sfondo scuro anche se comunque abbastanza trasparente
    - Il logo non lo considerate, sono una schiappa a farli lol
    - gli avatar degli ultimi connessi (nelle statistiche) non mi andava di farli lol per questo hanno sfondo bianco lol
    - la skin è tutta a sinistra, lo so, è un azzardo °A° ma tempo fa andava piuttosto di moda e volevo ri-sperimentare la cosa xD
    - Notate i bellissimi credits in Info, nel footer asd

    L'unica cosa che non capisco è l'utilità degli Activity Point che a mio parere scateneranno una guerra di +1 e -1. Era meglio la versione "vecchia", dove potevi mettere il +1 e -1 senza che questo significasse avere dei punti in una Top List ecc ecc.

    Per il momento è normale che non ne capiate il senso, in quanto l'A.P. non è ancora stato importato nel forum. Il problema delle guerre di +1 e -1 è facilmente risolvibile con un regolamento ed uno o più responsabili all'interno dello staff che supervisionino il tutto, intervenendo dove e se è necessario.
    Abbiate pazienza, e non temete: non si tratta di una semplice Top List autogestita. :)

    È con immensa gioia ed onore che siamo qui ad annunciare la migliore notizia che potessimo darvi, che sicuramente giungerà a tutti voi come la più sorprendente ed inaspettata: dopo quasi 5 anni di agguerrita rivalità finalmente il Forumfree Report ed il Forumfree Magazine tornano ad essere uniti in un unica grande community! :-)

    Ormai sono venuti meno i motivi che spinsero alle dimissioni buona parte dei componenti dello Staff del Magazine, quel lontano 25 agosto 2008, con la fondazione del ForumFree Report. Bowser ed azur_poet ormai sono gli ultimi "vecchi" staffer ancora attivi e crediamo entrambi in questa importantissima riunificazione, che porterà solo un gran numero di vantaggi per tutti.

    I nostri forum si sono migliorati e sviluppati in modo incredibile in questi anni, spingendosi fino raggiungere entrambi una certa autorevolezza da quando siamo stati riconosciuti come risorse utili di ForumFree per i tantissimi servizi che vi offriamo. Una nuova generazione di staffer ha preso ormai il posto di quella dell'epoca, senza più memoria e risentimento per quelle dissidenze che ci portarono tanto tempo fa a dividerci. Entrambi i team hanno accolto con straordinario entusiasmo e partecipazione l'idea di questa fusione e tutti hanno contribuito con le loro idee e loro proposte affinchè essa diventasse possibile.

    Questi anni di forte competizione, accesi contrasti e anche qualche infantile colpo basso sono serviti a tutti per crescere, ampliare progressivamente i nostri orizzonti e attirare moltissimi utenti che, quotidianamente, seguono le tante novità che caratterizzano i nostri circuiti.

    Il nuovo ForumFree Magazine sarà il più importante polo di informazione e servizi a 360 gradi sul circuito, con una grande redazione a seguire i tanti progetti, un invidiabile parco di guide e servizi per gli amministratori di tutti i forum e un'unica grandissima community di utenti che non sarà più costretta a dividersi, parteggiando per una delle due community o, più confusionariamente, partecipando ad entrambe. Tutti troveranno spazio nella nuova community. :)

    La nostra scalata verso il vero successo è di sicuro appena cominciata, nel frattempo il forum ha raggiunto lo storico traguardo di chiudere il mese scorso all'interno della Top 100 della classifica di ForumFree. Chissà quante altre sorprese del genere ci aspettano in futuro, con la partecipazione di tutti, uniti per il successo della riunita comunità!
